26 years old Khadija Shah belongs to a lower Middle-Class family, living with a divorced status. When she joined Hashoo Hunar for Hotel Management course sponsored by PSDF, she was in need of a skill and decent job. However, due to lack of knowledge and proper skills she could not find good job opportunity.
After six months “Hotel Management Training Program” (HMTP) training at Hashoo Hunar, Khadija got a chance of working with Nishat Group. It was only because of her focus and willingness she got promoted to Food & Beverages Services Captain at Nishat Hotel Gulberg in Lahore
